Welcome

Lord Trevor R Davis welcomes you to The Copt Hill

A Family run business with wife Pat and Sons Ben and Jay.

“I have worked around the world and cooked for the Royal Family and TV Stars including

King Fisal of Saudi Arabia, Princess Anne, Margaret Thatcher, Perry Como, Michael Barrymore, Russ Abbott and the full Hi De Hi Team etc.

We took over the Copt hill in October 2008 and have completely refurbished the building and outside areas.

We added a large roofed bbq area for summer events so you can have a great time and stay dry if it rains ( British weather!! )

We locally source most our ingredients. The vegetables from the local market, eggs local farms and fish from North Shields or Hartlepool.

Our steaks are matured Lakeland Beef and we have homemade sausage and black pudding from our local butcher.

Our homemade chips are cut small and soaked overnight to remove the starch, they are then fried in vegetable oil resulting in a light, crisp and low fat, superior tasting chip.

As our food is freshly prepared and cooked we can accommodate for specific dietary requirements

and cook speciality meals upon request.”
