Private Functions

 

We have a function facility called the Cornfield Suite which can cater for a sit down meal
Capacity
  • 90 people or up to 120 people for a buffet/disco style function.
  • We can also have an outside covered BBQ area that can hold a further 40 people.
  • This can allow for functions of up to 150 people using both the indoor and outdoor areas.
In addition there is a patio area with seating and tables.
The function suite has its own bar facilities with all the usual branded drinks and we specialise
in Cocktails and party drinks. There is a good selection of wines and real ales available.
The Cornfield Suite is self-contained with its
  • own bar and toilets.
We have a resident DJ who can provide music to your choice.
  • sound system and disco lighting.
  • We have a PA system for those important speeches and a dance floor for “first dances”.
  • We can also provide Karaoke if required.
Please note all of the above facilities are included in the room hire with the exception of the DJ (£100).
The Cornfield Suite enjoys views looking towards the Derwent Valley and beyond and
provides an excellent back drop for any photographs you require.
The room is suitable for

  •  a general meeting space for clubs and societies.
